The Chibi collection introduced Ada, Charles, and Vitalik, who later became the three main characters of TAOV comic book series. There were only 1,000 NFTs sold, each one being unique due to their different traits – such as background, pet, and weapon. Every character has one rarest combination of these, called a perfect match, where they are placed in their native background with their possessions (see pictures below). This was our first collection ever released on the Cardano blockchain! That makes it special for us, as we were overwhelmed by the support from the CNFT community, giving us the confidence that we are on the right path. The Chibi collection marks a very important milestone in the Attack on Vitalik history.
In the whole collection, there are only three NFTs that have a perfect match of our characters with their background, pet, pet stand, and weapon.
The release of the Attack on Vitalik comic book series brought the first comics to the Cardano blockchain. The whole series has a very limited supply and is divided into three issues, with the first one being the rarest with only 1,000 comic books available. The rarity depends on the comics rating, with number 10 being the highest, and the comics finish – B&W, colourful and animated versions. This gives collectors an opportunity to build their own library and receive the rarest variations, including animated pages with composed music. As it was the first time, we tried to create rarities for a comic book, we wanted to keep it simple yet interesting and collectable. We believe that the 1st issue was a good test of our concept and the feedback we have received has shaped the future issues of the Attack on Vitalik.
Even though the black and white version is the most common category, the readers' experience remains high and the illustrations as beautiful as ever. Below, you can see the different rarities of the black and white finish, with number 5 being the rarest one.
This uncommon category boasts stunning illustrations that we spent hours colouring to perfection. The colourful comic book pages will immerse you into the story of the Attack on Vitalik and add a new dimension to our characters and backgrounds.
If you get lucky, you might get an animated version of our comic book. The rarest category brings our storyline to life and you'll almost feel like you're there watching our characters' journey unfold. As you're reading, each panel of this version will reveal its exquisite movements with beautiful music!
Excited to be able to release the second issue of the Attack on Vitalik, we wanted to make this release special. That's why we increased the number of comic book pages to expand our universe and the number of comics minted to be sure that everyone will get at least one. We listened to your feedback and have decided to make things more interesting and collectable by creating several rarities inside each category, as well as making the colourful and animated versions much scarcer. The rarity of your comic book depends solely on its rating, with each one having its own cover. Comics rated 7 and above have special versions of covers marked 7.5, 8.5, 9.5, and rating 10 has two 1/1 NFTs.
Even though the black and white version is the most common category, the reader's experience remains high and the illustrations as beautiful as ever. Below, you can see the different covers depending on the rating of the comic book, with number 4 being the rarest option.
This uncommon category boasts stunning illustrations that we spent hours colouring to perfection. The colourful comic book pages will immerse you into the story of the Attack on Vitalik and add a new dimension to our characters and backgrounds. Compared to the 1st issue, the coloured finish is much rarer.
If you get lucky, you might get an animated version of our comic book. The rarest category brings our storyline to life and you'll almost feel like you're there watching our characters' journey unfold. As you're reading, each panel of this version will reveal its exquisite movements and effects.
